[www.inewsguyana.com] – The police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred at about 05:15h, today June 02, at Golden Grove Public Road, West Coast Berbice and which resulted in the death of Neil Wallerson, 55 years, a Labourer of Hopetown, WCB.
Investigations have revealed that Wallerson was riding a pedal cycle along the roadway when he was struck down by a motor vehicle which was driven away from the scene. He was taken to the Fort Wellington Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
