Kevin Christopher Baulkran pleaded guilty to the charge, which stated that on February 27 at Georgetown, he made use of abusive language where a breach of the peace may be occasioned.
According to the facts, the young man asked his mother for money to purchase drugs and after she refused to give him any cash, he became annoyed and verbally abused her.
