[www.inewsguyana.com] – A 27 – year – old Porter is now dead, after the truck he was traveling in crashed in the Mazaruni area on Friday, April 11.
The man has been identified as Robby Kopper of Canal No 2 Polder, West Bank Demerara.
According to the police, the motor lorry was being driven down a hill at Puppy Show Landing, Mazaruni, when it turned turtle and pinned Kopper. He subsequently succumbed to his injuries.
Efforts are being made to transport the body to Bartica, as the investigations continue.
