The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Robert Manner, 55 years, of Westminster, Parfait Harmonie, West Bank Demerara, whose body was found at about 06:00h today Saturday August 24, 2013, on a street at Westminster with suspected marks of violence.
The police are awaiting the results of the post mortem examination.
