A 34-year-old labourer of ‘B’ field Sophia, is currently in custody following his arrest and the finding of a .380 Starr Pistol by the Police Anti-Crime Unit patrol about 02:00hrs on Thursday morning at Leopold and Hadfield Street, Georgetown.
According to the police, the suspect was in a Toyota Premio motorcar, when he was intercepted.
An investigation is ongoing.
