[www.inewsguyana.com] – Two Guyanese nationals and three Brazilians are in police custody for the illegal possession of gauge cartridges and a shotgun component.
A police report confirmed that at approximately 18:30 hrs on Wednesday October 28, 2015 ranks of Lethem Police Station whilst conducting a search on a motor vehicle at the Guyana/Brazil Multi-Complex Crossing, unearthed six 20 gauge cartridges and a shotgun component.
The occupants of the vehicle, which included two Guyanese and three Brazilians, were arrested.
