The Ministry of Health has announced that there are 26 new cases of the novel coronavirus which takes the total recorded figures to date to 6042.
The number of persons in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is eight while those in institutional quarantine are 70 and those in isolation are 679.
The death toll remains at 158 while the recoveries have increased to 5197.
