Returning Officer for Region Seven has declared the results of the General and Regional Elections for that voting district.

Based on the election results, WIN has taken control of the region from APNU, which had traditionally held power there.

In the general elections, APNU got 983, PPP/C received got 3577 while WIN secured 5098. AFC received 415 votes while ALP got 59.

In the regional elections, APNU earned 980, PPP/C secured 3508 while WIN received 5085. AFC got 414 while ALP earned 65.

In the last elections, APNU and AFC had contested jointly and earned 4,813 votes in the general elections and 4,839 in the regional.
