Wanted bulletin issued for man who allegedly killed 17-Y-O girlfriend

[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Guyana Police Force has issued a wanted bulletin for Shivanand Roopnarine called ‘Shiv’ or ‘for questioning in relation to investigations into the murder of Alicia Mc Pherson which occurred on April 19, 2015, at ‘B’ Field, Sophia.
