[www.inewsguyana.com] – Sixty – Eight – year – old Vernon Gordon of North Haslington, East Coast Demerara was killed in an accident that occurred at about 05:30hrs this morning (Wednesday May 14) at Haslington, ECD.
According to reports, Gordon is alleged to have attempted to cross the Public Road and was struck down by a mini-bus. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the Georgetown Public Hospital. The driver of the mini bus is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
