[www.inewsguyana.com] – At approximately 19:00 hrs last evening, at Karatabo in the Essequibo River, two motor vessels collided, resulting in the death of one passenger.

The Government Information Agency (GINA) reported that one of the vessels was captained by 54 – year – old Lloyd Apple, while the other was being operated by 34 – year – old Pamela Persaud, who had her uncle, Anthony Williams in the vessel.
