[www.inewsguyana.com] – A 28 – year – old mother of two died by drowning in the Pomeroon river on Monday, April 27, after suffering an epilepsy attack.
According to reports, Romona Thomas was doing laundry at the stelling located at Cozier when the incident occurred, causing her to fall overboard.
Her relatives found the unwashed clothing at the stelling and immediately mounted a search for the mother. Her body was subsequently discovered in the river.
