France pleaded not guilty to the charge which alleged that between August 20 and 21 at Blue Mountain, Cuyuni River in the Essequibo Magisterial District, he stole 11.6 PW of raw gold valued $121,800, property of Bernard Singh also known as ‘Mosquito.’
Police Prosecutor, Michael Grant did not object to bail. France was represented by Attorney, Keavon Bess. France will make his next Court appearance before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry on September 8.
