As authorities continue to increase testing across the country, Guyana has now recorded a total of 1,093 positive Covid-19 cases to date.
This is according to the Ministry of Health, which announced that within the last 24 hours, 33 new cases have been recorded.
The death toll remains at 31, however, the number of persons recovered has increased to 534.
