GECOM Chair writes Chancellor on swearing in of Irfaan Ali as President

GECOM Chair Justice (retired) Claudette Singh has written the Chancellor of the Judiciary Justice Yonette Cummings-Edwards informing her of the declaration of Dr Irfaan Ali as President.

In her letter, the GECOM Chair said “…I take this opportunity to officially inform you of the declaration of the Commission and to request that in your capacity as Chancellor, arrangements are made to facilitate the swearing in of the new president.”
