The Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) has now commenced distributing National Identification Cards (ID) for persons who were registered during the recently concluded 8th Cycle of Continuous Registration.
According to a brief statement issued by GECOM, persons are being advised to uplift their new ID cards from the registration office responsible for their respective areas of residence. GECOM is also urging that persons do so as early as possible.
