[www.inewsguyana.com] – Seventy – three – year old Rajmattie Ram of Triumph, East Coast Demerara has become the country’s latest road fatality.
According to the police, the elderly woman was struck down by a motor lorry at the junction of Robb Street yesterday.
She was pronounced dead on arrival at the Georgetown Public Hospital. The driver of the vehicle is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
