‘Bull Dog’ found dead minutes after committing robbery

crime-scene[www.inewsguyana.com] – The body of man was found on Sussex Street, Albouystown last night with a suspected gunshot wound to the abdomen. 

He has been identified as Orlando Fredericks, also called ‘Bull Dog’ of Adelaide Street, Charlestown, Georgetown.

According to Police, Fredricks along with another man had earlier committed a robbery.

It is not clear if Fredricks sustained the injury during the robbery or was later shot by his accomplice.

Reports are that at about 23:35 hours two men, one of whom was armed with a handgun, held up a man in a shop at James and Non Pariel Streets, Albouystown, and took away his gold jewellery and escaped.

Investigations are in progress.
