Delroy White pleaded not guilty to the offence, which alleged that on May 17 at East Ruimveldt, Georgetown; he unlawfully and maliciously wounded Jermaine La Black.
Attorney – at – Law, Adrian Thompson requested bail in a reasonable sum for his client after he told the Court that both parties were friends and they do not wish to go ahead with matter.
But when asked by Magistrate McGusty, the Virtual Complainant (VC) said will go ahead with the matter against La Black.
They were both bonded to keep the peace and case was put off to June 16 for commencement of the trial.
