Leading cardiologist in Guyana Dr Mahendra Carpen has endorsed President Dr Irfaan Ali, Prime Minister Mark Phillips and Vice President Dr Bharrat Jagdeo for five more years in government.
Speaking at the PPP’s campaign launch at the Kitty Market Square, Dr Carpen testified that the healthcare sector is being modernised under the PPP government.
“This is true visionary leadership that comes from a very talented group of leaders,” Dr Carpen expressed.
