[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred at about 06:30h, today Friday May 16, at Bee Hive Public Road, East Coast Demerara and which resulted in the death of Chanderpaul Sookdai, 63 years, of Bee Hive Housing Scheme.
Investigations have revealed that Chanderpaul Sookdai was riding a bicycle when he was struck down by a private motor car driven by a Policeman.
He was taken to the GPHC where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The Policeman is under close arrest assisting with the investigations.
