Police on on Monday issued a wanted bulletin for a 47-year-old Mahaica, East Coast Demerara man who has been implicated in the 2015 murder of Collin Clarke whose battered body was discovered in a trench at Uitvlugt, West Coast Demerara.
Sheldon Colin Abrams, whose last known address was given as Lot 6 Supply Village, Mahaica, East Coast Demerara is wanted by Police for questioning.
Fifty-Five-year-old Clarke, of Crane Housing Scheme, West Coast Demerara went missing on November 27, 2015, while he was operating his taxi. His body was later found in a trench on December 3, that same year.
His motorcar, a Toyota Allion, was found three weeks after his decomposed body was discovered in the trench.
The car was found intact, except for two missing licence plates, under a house at Perth, Mahaicony, East Coast Demerara.
Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Abrams is asked to contact the Police on phone numbers 226-2870, 229-2655, 911 or at the nearest Police station. All information will be treated with the strictest confidence.
