At about 19:00h on Thursday September 19, Rabin Deenauth Clad, 54 years, of Sisters Village, East Bank Berbice was involved in an altercation with another man at Lancaster Village, Corentyne, during which he was injured about his body.
According to the police, he was pronounced dead on arrival at the Port Mourant Hospital.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with investigations.
