[www.inewsguyana.com] – A 32- year – old motorcyclist is now a patient at the Georgetown Public Hospital in a critical condition after slamming into a lamp pole.
The injured man has been identified as Devon Corbin, of Vlissengen Road, Georgetown.
The accident occurred at about 22:30hrs on Saturday (December 7) on D’Urban Street, Georgetown.
Reports indicate that Corbin was riding a CG motorcycle along D’Urban Street at a very fast rate, when he lost control and slammed into the pole. The man was hurdled several feet. He received life-threatening head injuries and large bruises to the face, arm and feet.
