Modular Build says it remains fully operational in Guyana 

STATEMENT FROM MODULAR BUILD GUYANA

We are aware of the recent publication by Kaieteur News alleging that the CEO of Modular Build Guyana has fled the country and has taken money belonging to members of the public.

These allegations are completely false and constitute misinformation.

Modular Build Guyana categorically rejects the claims made in the publication. The company remains fully operational and continues to conduct its business and projects in Guyana.

We take these allegations extremely seriously, particularly because statements of this nature can cause unnecessary concern and damage the reputation of our company, our employees, and the people who have placed their trust in us.

As a result, Modular Build Guyana is taking legal action in response to the publication and the dissemination of these false allegations. We will address the matter through the appropriate legal channels and allow the facts and evidence to speak for themselves.

We want to reassure our customers, partners, employees, and the wider Guyanese public that Modular Build Guyana remains active in Guyana and is committed to its mission of providing affordable housing without compromising on quality, durability, or modern construction standards.

Our vision extends beyond Guyana. Modular Build continues to pursue opportunities and develop projects across multiple locations throughout the Caribbean, with the goal of making high-quality, affordable housing more accessible to communities across the region.
