The heavy downpour, this morning, once again resulted in some city streets being flooded. However, the water has already started to recede in most areas as a result of the rains subsiding.

Well I had thought that flooding no longer occurs . It’s worse than PPP times.
Instead of MCC focus on cleaning Gt, the focus on Parking Meters.
