A money changer was this morning shot dead on High Street, in the vicinity of the Ashmin’s Building.
He has been identified as Phillip Alleyne, 57, of 88 Public Road Grove, East Bank Demerara.
He was rushed to the GPHC where he died while receiving medical attention.
