Thirty – six – year old George Khan of 71 Second Street Alexander Village appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore charged for attempting to commit a break and enter.
Khan pleaded not guilty to the charge which read that on August 22 at Kitty Georgetown he attempted to break and enter the dwelling place of Davendra Periera.
The police prosecutor did not object to bail which was granted in the sum of $75,000 and Khan will return to court on September 09. [Royan Abrams]
