A 56-year-old man was sentenced to 9 months imprisonment after he pleaded guilty to stealing a number of hardware items.
Osman Hussain told Magistrate Dylan Best that he stole the items for his own home since he was short of the items.
The charge against Hussain stated that between December 2015 and September 29, 2016, he stole a number of hardware articles from a storage bond belonging to Ravindranauth Ramsing, amounting to a total value of $550,000.
