Devon Nickels of East La Penitence Georgetown was charged with the offence of entering a fenced yard and stole coconuts valued at $600 property of Michael Lewis.
The court was told that on July 16 at East La Penitence Georgetown, the man committed the offence without the consent of the virtual complainant. The Police Prosecutor did not object bail which was granted in the sum of $5,000.
Devon Nickels who was not represented by an attorney will make his next court appearance on July 22.
