Khan pleaded not guilty to the charge, which alleged that between June 11 and 13 at Lethem; he stole from Derrick Tunaram, three cows together valued $300,000.
He will make his next Court appearance before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry on September 2.
