Housing Minister’s dwelling home razed

Minister within the Ministry of Communities with responsibility for Housing, Valerie Adams-Patterson moments ago, confirmed to Inews that her Linden dwelling house was earlier this evening destroyed by fire.

Based on reports gathered, the fire reportedly started in the bottom flat of the wooden and concrete two storey structure, which is reportedly owned by the Minister’s son.

When questioned by this online publication, officials attached to the Guyana Fire Service said that they are unable to state what may have caused the fire.

Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the disastrous blaze. An investigation has been launched.
