[www.inewsguyana.com] – Thirty – Seven – year old Lavena Williams Tull of 180 Melanie Daminshana, East Coast Demerara was late Wednesday night (February 5) killed moments after leaving her workplace.
The woman was struck dead by a Nissan Titan GMM 4626 which was being driven by Hafraz Mangroo of Sparendaam, East Coast Demerara and who iNews was able to confirm was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
iNews was informed that the woman worked at the City Holiday Inn at Lilliendaal as a receptionist on the lower East Coast of Demerara.
Her sister told this news site that the 37 – year – old was awaiting transportation on the Southern side of the carriage way when the accident occurred.
