President Donald Ramotar says that the Board of Directors of Guysuco will soon be reviewed, as there will be a new role for its current Chairman Dr. Raj Singh.
In response to media queries given the poor performance of the industry, the President observed that the current problems were due to weather, among other factors.
It is anticipated that Dr. Singh will be named the new Chief Executive Officer.
Workers have voiced concerns over the poor performance of the industry, blaming poor management.
