[www.inewsguyana.com] – Police along the East Coast of Demerara are presently responding to a report of an alleged armed robbery.
iNews has been reliably informed that suspected bandits pounced on a Gas Station between Success and La Bonne Intention (LBI) moments ago. When contacted, the police confirmed receiving reports of gun shots in the area.
Persons told iNews that about four shots were heard coming from the Gas Station which also operates a Supermarket.
iNews could not confirm if anyone was injured in the shooting. iNews will give you more details on this development as it becomes available.
