GBTI rewards 3 winners with $1M each in ‘In with the Vroom’ auto loan promotion

The Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry (GBTI) hosted a hand-over ceremony at its Corporate Office in Kingston, Georgetown, to officially present cash prizes to the three lucky winners of its recently concluded ‘In with the Vroom’ Auto Loan promotion.

The winners — Orlando Mattes, Keiamsha McAndrew, and Kimberly Baird, each received $1,000,000 after being randomly selected from among customers who acquired financing from GBTI to purchase their vehicles during the promotion period.

Three lucky Mastercard customers, also were rewarded US$500 after being randomly selected from among customers who spent a stipulated amount during the promotion.

In addition to the customer prizes, four top-performing auto dealers were also recognized for their outstanding partnership and contribution to the success of the promotion:

• Yokohama Trading – $400,000 (Georgetown, East Coast, and East Bank Demerara)
• Dhanraj Auto Sales – $200,000 (West Coast and West Bank Demerara)
• Mikeson Enterprise – $200,000 (Berbice)
• Green’s Auto Sales and Rentals – $200,000 (Essequibo)

These dealers were acknowledged for referring the most customers to GBTI during our promotion.

At the event, the winners were presented with their cheques and celebrated the moment with GBTI representatives, who congratulated them for their participation and continued loyalty to the Bank.

Speaking at the ceremony, Jewsuan Edmondson- Personal Banking Manager, remarked, “This promotion was designed to reward our customers for choosing GBTI. We are delighted to celebrate with our winners today and to continue offering opportunities that make financial dreams a reality.”
