The Guyana Fire Service today responded to a report of a house fire Section C, Christenburg, Wismar, Linden, Region Ten.
Upon arrival, firefighters found the building engulfed in flames. They immediately went into firefighting operations and worked swiftly to bring the blaze under control.
Despite their efforts, the building and its contents were destroyed.
Investigations are ongoing.
