A pensioner who was reportedly struck to his head by his son during a heated argument a few days ago, has succumbed.
According to a police statement, Rickford Bourne, 71 years, of “B” Field, Sophia, who was allegedly struck to his head by his son during an argument on May 19, 2016, succumbed to his injuries yesterday, May 23, 2016.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
