Guyana has recorded 56 new cases of the novel coronavirus, taking the total positives detected to date to 63,684.
There are four persons in the ICU, six in institutional isolation, 195 in home isolation, and two in institutional quarantine.
A total of 62,251 have recovered while 1,228 have died as a result of the virus.
