A woman is currently hospitalised after she was shot by one of three armed men who invaded her home at Charity, Essequibo Coast, Region Two (Pomeroon Supenaam).
INews understands that the woman is the daughter of the late Manzoor Mohammed of the popular Manzoor General Store.
The incident occurred at around 20:15hrs Monday night.
Reports are that at the time of the robbery, the woman was home with her mother and siblings.
