Minister of External Relations of the Federative Republic of Brazil, His Excellency Mauro Vieira, will make his first Official visit to Guyana tomorrow, March 02, 2016. His visit is seen as a follow up to the discussions held between the President of Guyana and the President of Brazil during the MERCOSUR Summit held in Brasilia in July 2015.
During the visit, Minister Vieira will pay a courtesy call on President David Granger. A meeting will also be held with Vice President and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Carl Greenidge, on matters relating to Guyana/Brazil bilateral cooperation programe and on issues of mutual interest on the regional and global agenda.
