Commonwealth Secretary General Baroness Patricia Scotland today paid a courtesy call on Guyana’s Opposition Leader Dr Bharrat Jagdeo at his office in Georgetown. Baroness Scotland was accompanied by CARICOM Secretary General (acting) Ambassador Lolita Applewhaite.
