The Ministry of Human Services and Social Security disclosed today that its 914 hotline is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the One Communications Network (formerly GTT).
As a result, calls made from One Communications numbers cannot be connected to the hotline at this time.
“To reach a 914 operator, kindly use a Digicel number or any other network,” the ministry has advised.
Persons can also reach the hotline on 617-7975.
The ministry said it actively working with One Communications to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
The 914 hotline is a toll-free number that provides help to victims/survivors of sexual offences and domestic violence.
