President David Granger has pardoned four prisoners, in observance of Emancipation Day 2019.
The pardon takes effect August 1, 2019.
The prisoners are Robert Bhagnauth, 39; Michael Gouveia, 23; Andy Roberts, 38; and Joseph Yaw, 54.
The prisoners all served a portion of their sentences for the offence of possession of cannabis.
