According to a police press release issued this morning, at about 2200h. on Tuesday March 29, 2016, miner Dalton Emanuel, 19 years old, of Yarakita, NWD, was involved in an argument with another man at Yarakita, during which he was stabbed to his abdomen with a pair of scissors.
He was taken to the Mabaruma Hospital where he was pronounced DOA.
The release added that the suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
