Guyana has recorded 18 new cases of the novel coronavirus, which takes the total positives recorded to date to 8041.
There are currently seven persons in the ICU, 39 in institutional isolation, 818 in home isolation, and eight in institutional quarantine.
The Covid-19 death toll is 181 while the recoveries are at 7026.
