Forty – Seven – year old Takur Seecharran of Lot 9 Yarrow dam appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Beharry charged with threatening language.
Seecharran pleaded not guilty to the offence which he allegedly committed against Neil Dean. The court was told that on June 31 in Georgetown he threatened the Virtual Complainant. The magistrate granted the accused bail in the sum of $25,000 and he is also placed on a bond to keep the peace pending the termination of the matter with his next court date set for July 2.
