The event was set for the Camp Ayanganna Ground on Wednesday, January 15 but saw the rains again, putting it off.

This is the second time the event has been postponed on account of weather, the first being during December 2013.

According to the Captain of the team, Earl Edghill recently the tournament would have brought together the Hornets, Caribs, the Defense Force and the University of Guyana’s team in the male division.

In the female mix of things, the Hornets and Caribs would have ducked it out as the 7’s series of rugby took an early start to 2014. A new date has not been set.
