CANU ranks today, Wednesday July 3, intercepted a 25 – year – old woman with suspected narcotics at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport [CJIA].
The woman, Briana Ashley Rodney, an American citizen, was checked in to travel on Caribbean Airlines flight BW 526 to JFK New York when law enforcement agents discovered cocaine concealed in the false walls of her luggage.
She has been taken into custody pending further investigations by CANU.
