Police ranks in ‘F Division, at around 10:00 hrs today, conducted a search on a mining camp at Arangoy, Mazaruni River, during which an unlicensed 9mm. sub-machine gun was found. One man has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
Meanwhile, at around 10:00 hrs today, police ranks conducted a search on a man at the Itaballi Checkpoint, during which 2 kilograms 748 grams of marijuana were found. He has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
